 It worth noting that not everything has to be complex.  Set some goals to help with the problems.  Make sure you learn more about your business customers.   Different generational teams are important to have a diverse organisation.  Different personalities will do jobs differently. Researching more about personalities can help you understand your team.  Lately it became apparent my group had more skills.  Behaviour at the office shouldn't be overly restrictive however there are some abilities that might need to be educated.

 Make a positive change in someones life today by showing them you appreciate what they do.  Producing top level service or products is a dream many business people aspire to.  Most team members only do 80 percent of what they should do.  Be someone who motivates others to do great things.  Your office is a place where people come everyday. Make it enjoyable.
