Lately it became apparent my group had more skills. Behaviour at the office shouldn't be overly restrictive however there are some abilities that might need to be educated.

Most team members only do 80 percent of what they should do. Be someone who motivates others to do great things. Your office is a place where people come everyday. Make it enjoyable.
